Every employee that we encountered during our recent visit was pleasant, said hello, and welcomed us in for dinner. Leah was our server and she was amazing. She was attentive to our special requests and checked on us frequently. The owner also stopped by to check on our experience. Food was delicious, hot and came out exactly as ordered. Great experience! We will be back,

Maddie, our server was so attentive and made sure to keep us updated on food timing, gave just enough time to look over the menu, but never left us searching for her. Never had to ask for refills and Maddie made sure to make regular rounds again never leaving the customers to look for her for service. Maddie was so pleasant and patient, one of the best severs we've had. The manager, Kristen, was absolutely a ray of sunshine and made sure everything was taken care of. I would recommend this restaurant and staff to others.

I’m sad to write this - but the food here was terrible. I got the fettuccine Alfredo and there was very little Alfredo sauce and it was very bland. The chicken tasted boiled - no flavor at all. The Caesar salad was ice cold.
I went here a few years ago and it was an entirely different experience. This feels like another big chain that is raising prices and lowering food quality to remain profitable. I only gave it 2 stars because the service wasn’t bad but the food might be the worst Italian food I’ve ever eaten. Very disappointed.

We’ve visited this restaurant twice now. Once for my birthday with family, and again for an event with the Wounded Warrior Project. The food has been consistently great both times, which is why this review is disappointing to write.
Unfortunately, the service has been lacking on both visits. After our orders were taken, we rarely saw our server again. No bread or drink refills were offered, and we had to manage on our own for most of the meal. I’m not sure if this is due to being perpetually short-staffed or simple forgetfulness, but the experience felt the same each time.
At this price point, the level of service simply doesn’t match the cost of the food. When meals are this expensive, attentive and present service should be a given. The kitchen clearly does its job well. I just hope the service side can catch up, because with proper staffing and attention, this place could be excellent instead of just good.

My husband and I went in for lunch today,2/2. We were seated quickly and pleasantly. Our server was quick to get drinks and bread out. I noticed she was the only one on the floor.
We ordered, as my husband has a tight hr for lunch. He got the soup and salad. I got the pasta al forno and asked for it with picatta sauce instead.i then ordered the house salad with no peppers, extra olives.
It was nearly 30 minutes before I got my salad - which came with no olives or peppers. I was just going to ask for a small side of them but our waitress never stopped back by. She at that point had 5 or 6 tables and no help in the restaurant.
She goes to bring the food over at approximately 40 minutes into our time there and I notice my pasta has red sauce. I asked about the picatta sauce and she goes yeah the pink picatta - ya know Alfredo and red sauce mixed, which she quickly realized from my face that that wasn’t right. She apologized and aid shed get it remade. The manager did come over from where she was working the bar and apologized for the miscommunication.
I wait another 20 minutes (while my husband eats his also oliveless salad). She brings over a dish and slams it down in front of me, obviously frustrated, and walks away. I take a bite - it’s Alfredo sauce.
Finally she comes back over after another 10 minutes and puts the check down without a word. I tell her it’s Alfredo sauce and she goes “they were supposed to use lemon butter.” Yeah well they didn’t. She says she’ll get it remade and I decline because our lunch break is now over by 10 minutes and we still have to drive back to the office.
At this point, a gentleman who I assume is the GM finally comes out to help the girl, she relays whatever to him about our bill and he rolls his eyes and takes my food off.
She then brings a check without another word. We pay with the female manager standing right behind her. She says nothing to us and we leave. So after 1 hr and 20 minutes I never got food…
