Then the burgers were missing almost everything. Attached pic of Nashville hot burger and buffalo ranch chicken sandwich. At least the Nashville had the sauce, buffalo ranch had nothing. Sauce missing, pickle missing, tomatoes missing, just bun and chicken patties. This is not just 1 burger, all of them. Absolute waste of time and money. Would never go back here again

Both blazing and honey garlic was mixed not separate at all the divider was smashed down and all flavors mixed making the honey garlic so hot that they was unable to eat. This isn't the first time it's happened. Do better because this is absolutely ridiculous and very big waste of money

That is not something you expect to see with food you just paid for. What made it worse was the response after. I live about 20 minutes away and there was no way I was driving all the way back just to show them, and they refused to offer a credit or any kind of solution. Mistakes happen, but how they are handled matters. This experience definitely took away from my trust in ordering from here again.
