The fresh food is awesome. The protein is a little lack luster. All cubed chicken re heated, the person I had lunch with said the crispy chicken even with the sauce was very dry.

I eat Bipibop weekly and I have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. I met the manager Mei and she is outstanding. Will definitely continue to go back.

Sad to say this used to be one of my favorite places until a vegetarian DoorDash order I placed had chicken in it and I unknowingly bite into a piece of it thinking it was potato. Very sad can’t trust to come back
