Nothing was ready and I had to wait a few extra minutes (although I was late when picking up my order). The lady at the register did greet me and said my order will be up in a few minutes so the customer service was nice especially during lunch rush which can be a pain sometimes. My main concern was the food. The food is very BLAND. I ordered a bowl with spicy chicken and it wasn’t spicy at all. Everything lacked flavor and seasoning. Strawberry Lemonade is decent. I like the fact it’s not too sweet. I do appreciate the healthy options and you can create your own bowl but the food is not that great.
