  This place is awful. Bathrooms are disgusting , the service is horrible . Whole place is dirty . Robots everywhere delivering food. Problem with that they don’t bring everything you asked for and then you don’t see your waitress for ten minutes and don’t have basic silverware, napkins etc. won’t be back . Plenty of other options .

  my wife picked up carry out order last night the wings were somewhat good the celery and carrots smelled of mold real bad. pretty much lost my appetite after that didn't enjoy my meal at all.

  I’ve been to Buffalo Wild Wings multiple times, and unfortunately this is now the second time we’ve noticed a very strong chlorine-like taste and smell in the wings. It’s harder to detect when the sauce is bold, but with milder flavors—like the classic Buffalo—it becomes really obvious. It honestly tastes like the wings have been overexposed to some kind of sanitizing solution. Something has definitely changed. Whether it’s a new supplier or a different preparation process, the quality is just not the same anymore. The food tasted so bad that we had to throw it away and request a refund. Really disappointing experience overall—we definitely won’t be coming back.

  This order was a mess. My cauliflower wings came without the parmesan garlic sauce, and we didn’t get any blue cheese, celery, or the kids’ celery and carrots. Everything was cold, and to make it worse, I tried calling multiple times and was hung up on every time. Completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating.

  Very disappointing experience. The service at this Buffalo location was unacceptable. The server was rude, unprofessional, and clearly did not care about customers at all. No one should be treated this way when they come to spend their money. Management seriously needs to address this issue and properly train their staff. If this behavior continues, you will keep losing customers. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this place to others.
