  The manager didn't want to work, was unprofessional and kicked us out of the lobby an hour before it was supposed to close.

  Worst location ever. They really take the Fast out of fast food. Constantly missing or incorrect items as well. No point in using order ahead either, you wait just as long. Avoid this McDonalds at all costs.

  This McDs is on the west side of Marysville. Hard to enter no doubt due to city road and traffic input. If that is so the city certainly had a dizzy person design a terrible entrance and exit. As for McDs it is now so sterile and unwelcoming due to recent changes. Really do not like the changes. Drinks are hidden away. You feel uncomfortable unwelcome and simply a bother to the business.

  The worst store in town out of all 3, No employees at the counter, all service ran by AI, if you plan on using cash just skip the McDonald's locations in marysville and go to Burger King, at the very least they have real employees

  I don't typically review fast food but this one has to be addressed. McDonald's as a brand has been on the downhill for some time, but I think it's falling off the cliff at this point. $1.99 for a small fry that's lukewarm and soggy is a literal crime, especially when trying to get s a snack after a long day and having a sick kiddo. Now that's bad enough on its own, but what also concerned me about this visit was that the whole operation looked like it was being run by a single employee. She was friendly and fast, from order taking, to payment, and yes, handing out our order. Each time I saw her, I got more concerned about both her safety and how she was going to run this all if she got any more than a couple cars in the drive-thru. Do better McDonald's, or next time my sick kid and I will not stop.
