  Never a correct order. Ever. My kids were sick today so we ordered delivery and not only were our wraps not in the bag, but instead we got 50 nuggets. Cool. My large fries we also missing. Why is it every single time we order from this store be it delivery or drive-thru something is always wrong? Are there no competent adults in the building?

  The remodel took away the customers access to refill our own drinks. Now you have to stand in line for five minutes while you watch the drive through window get top priority. I've seen 7 cars get served meals and drinks before I get my one refill of a small beverage. The older folks who came in every morning had nice big tables where they could sit and mix and mingle, they bring a lot of business every day. Now the remodel has taken the tables I'm speaking of away and they hardly come in anymore. Save the thousands of dollars on a remodel next time.... this was attempt by James ( Jim Holowicki )to save money talking away customers easy access to refills. And Scott Holowicki, his store in London is just as bad with the slow service

  There was a problem with my order in the system, we just had those crazy winds and power had been out. Anyway, Alec took good care of us and got our orders taken care of. Thank you for your above and beyond service Alec!

  Used the mobile app to order food. Still had to wait over 30 mins for my order to be ready. Then when I got it it was short some food.
