It's getting orders wrong, causing more time correcting them at the window than it would to have a human taking the order. The employees also agree. After talking to a couple of them and asking their options, they too dislike this new implementation. They not only have to correct the mistakes but hearing customers angry rants all day, isn't exactly what they signed up for. I'm also hearing that they are losing customers because they don't want to deal with this and have chosen just to drove away.
