    Fish sandwich was dark brown and cold. French fries were cold and brown. Maybe the oil needs changed. I requested to speak with a live employee, when my attempt using there AI generated ordering system didn't recognize my request for a double fish, no bun. The employees was very short, as if I disrupted her.

    I stop in this particular, wendy's on a regular basis. Their service was more than adequate before. They added AI ordering at the drive through. My order is often wrong now and I will not go back, as I do not want to be a guinea pig on an untested system that made a good store bad!

    The food is good for the price point and type of restaurant that it is. The service is the issue. The new AI only option of ordering is not worth the hassle. It's getting orders wrong, causing more time correcting them at the window than it would to have a human taking the order. The employees also agree. After talking to a couple of them and asking their options, they too dislike this new implementation. They not only have to correct the mistakes but hearing customers angry rants all day, isn't exactly what they signed up for. I'm also hearing that they are losing customers because they don't want to deal with this and have chosen just to drove away.
