    I ordered a discovery lux box which comes with a medium drink and 2 chicken dipping burritos dipping sauce And a beef cholupa, and one cinnamon twist, I got everything except for the dipping sauce for my burrito. i called the store and spoke with Tiffany. And she was very rude. I called 4 times before I got an answer granted. The store had just closed at 3 AM I left there at 2:53. So what am I supposed to do? Give a good review. I don't think so. When I told her what the problem was, she said that I could come back tomorrow, and they would remake whatever they messed up. Why would I want to go back tomorrow for dipping sauce? She didn't even ask what was messed up. I go to the website and trying to get ahold of somebody from corporate and they don't even have that information on there.

    Store was a little dirty. Floor was anyway. Food was just thrown together. The quality of this store has gone down a little. The employees are still very friendly.

    Employees need to follow directions. If something says no cheese, literally do not put cheese on it. Read your orderssssss!!!

    Messed up my order and can’t even provide a refund. I understand mistakes happen but it’s crazy that an order I placed online can’t be refunded without me coming into the store.

    Usually this one is decent or edible at least. Today dude held my card way way to long the food was burnt n I wouldn't feed it to my animals. Also didn't give me my drink. If I get a charge on my account cuz dude stole my number crap will flip. Think I'll drive farther next time this taco bell wouldnt get my money again
