  Got an order off DoorDash last night and the chicken inside the soft tacos were inedible it was so bad it made my cat throw up all over the floor. I know the cost of food is high but keeping old chicken and passing it off for people to eat is not acceptable. I’m not eating there anymore . If I hear anyone else complaining about this same thing I’m going to file a complaint. As this isn’t the first time you passed rock hard chicken out the door Wendy’s has done it too. Shame on you do better. For anyone wanting to complain I just did go to google and contactus-Taco Bell type that in on google I just did . Someone needs to step up they need to read their reviews like they care and step up their game and hire professional people not degenerates . Record them talking to you in an unprofessional way watch how the tables turn.

  I wish I could give them a negative they need to do better corporate or who ever these new employees they have especially the black girl and not being racial or anything but she has an attitude she don’t even talk to you or anything and when you ordering on the drive thru seems like she don’t even listen to what your saying because she has here AirPods or whatever this place is definitely going to go down if they don’t fire these people

  Im i wrong for claiming my food and calling the cops or did i do correctly because them both were yelling at me through the little speaker box like they was gonna fight please be careful at this tacobell they are rude and disrespectful and dont care about your food or money and they will not take accountability at all and wont even give you the number to corporate or the GM

  I visited this location today with my two young children and was appalled by the lack of professionalism. While ordering at the kiosk, we were forced to listen to employees shouting profanities and mocking customers. The service was also extremely slow, and our food was sloppily prepared. Throughout our meal, staff continued to have inappropriate conversations and were even observed throwing food at one another. To make matters worse, the single-stall bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke from employees smoking inside. I’ve included a photo of the staff member responsible for the most disruptive behavior. We will not be returning.

  I ordered a discovery lux box which comes with a medium drink and 2 chicken dipping burritos dipping sauce And a beef cholupa, and one cinnamon twist, I got everything except for the dipping sauce for my burrito. i called the store and spoke with Tiffany. And she was very rude. I called 4 times before I got an answer granted. The store had just closed at 3 AM I left there at 2:53. So what am I supposed to do? Give a good review. I don't think so. When I told her what the problem was, she said that I could come back tomorrow, and they would remake whatever they messed up. Why would I want to go back tomorrow for dipping sauce? She didn't even ask what was messed up. I go to the website and trying to get ahold of somebody from corporate and they don't even have that information on there.
