- CCchumley7117May 13, 20221.0Subs were terrible! They used wilted vegetables (cucumbers were floppy and old-looking, tomatoes were not fresh, lettuce limp and frumpy). Sandwich was dry and pasty. They do NOT have the proper training to be making anyone's sandwiches. I could have done a better job blind-folded. Will NOT spend my money there anymore.

But anyways on top of that they don't even spread it out all the way. I did ask for that but it seemed like the lady was troubled by the request. Quality has gone way down even though the prices have skyrocketed. Does anyone remember $5 footlongs? Lol

Why does this Subway call me after I place an online order and tell me I need physical coupon for things they know I just got an online code for? Ummm, I don't have a mailed coupon because you are a modern coupon who emails coupon codes? I use the app and enter the code like millions of other customers, but you want a fingerprint, a blood sample, notarized and watermarked coupon along with two months of paychecks to accept a deal for a sammy? This store seems to not want to be part of the Subway franchise chain but still reap the benefits of using their name... Hey I love that Subway sends coupon codes to solicit business that this location obviously doesn't want to be a part of... This isn't a mom and pop store... So either Subway doesn't have a good partnership in place to compensate their locations for promotional costs or this location is just greedier than the others.
