The people at the drive thru need more training and better listening skills. I spent 30 minutes waiting for breakfast sandwiches and hashbrowns... I mean some of the easiest foods they make, heat and serve... and unskilled service people who want high wages who can't follow simple instructions. Mc D's used to be the training ground for entry level workers to learn the basic service skills.Its sad the state of our society where basic skill sets are needed to be learned before learning basic service skills.

- JBJames BruhnsenDec 18, 20251.0Let me start by saying that I eat at McDonald's almost daily (don't judge me) and usually I am pleased with my experience, but every time I visit the West 5th St location in Marysville ohio I have to wait an inordinate amount of time for my food. I usually get asked to pull off to one of the drive thru spots as they are waiting on one thing or another to complete my order and that's after I wait about 10 minutes to get to the window. Every other McDonald's in Marysville has a perfectly reasonable wait time. Please do yourself a favor and go to either one of the other locations. You'll thank me later.

What in my 54 yrs ive never seen McDonald's out of fries. Would have been nice if they would have told me that before they took my order and my money. They replaced the fries with hash browns. They must have been out of Mac sauce too, my big Mac had enough on it to maybe taste on some bites. I highly recommend to stay clear of this place. Poor management and they are only concerned with taking your money and not delivering quality food
