Son wanted 2 of big arch sandwiches. They gave us one Big Arch and charged me for 2. Went inside to fix it. Chaos abounds. Hell on Earth. I missed the rapture. The place was a zoo. After I was thinking bad enough things that I needed to go back to church even though I just left there. I'm done. I left. I donated a sandwich to the MCDonalds overlords rather than end up on tv.

Thankfully I was vigilant in finding out there was bacon on there and able to get it fixed however they should really should have all the ingredients specified in the app for people who are allergic to certain thing.

I returned them because this is already the second time they have given them to me reheated. Even after making me wait at the next window, they gave them back to me cold again. There were no customers waiting and no line. I assume the lack of customers is due to the poor service and low quality they are providing. If this message reaches management (which is the intention), please improve the service like before if you do not want it to decline.
