    Took 45+ minutes for round the corner delivery because I was sick and didn't want to move. Shows up and order was missing items/completely incorrect order. Call for refund or fix and get told to call back tomorrow. Call back the next day and get told to call back tomorrow. Call the third day and now can't get refund because of time frame. Was informed the weekend manager was out and they had sent in a replacement during that time period. $40 essentially just stolen from me with zero consequences. Big fan of jimmy johns but this is this location's second time that they've completely wiffed on my order. Good luck, try a different sandwich shop.

    Took telling 3 people I was waiting on a pick up for someone to tell me my order was actually already done, just not placed on the pickup shelf. Only the 3rd person even asked who the pickup was for. Edit to add: the bag on the counter was backwards so I had no way to know if that was mine or not.

    Ordered 2 subs on line and then waited for the "freaky fast delivery", 40 minutes. An Uber driver finally delivered our food, minus our drinks, napkins, and mustard. I called the store and asked about our drinks and was told that the drinks left the store with our food, that they use a 3rd party to deliver, and the best she could do was give me a credit. My sub had 3 pieces of roast beef and the other didn't have much either. I don't eat at Jimmy John's and this doesn't encourage me to come back.

    Im starting this review while im waiting at the window to recieve my food I've already been in line for 48 minutes. Unfortunately once youre in line with a trailer your stuck in line. I waited at the speaker for 20 min to have my order taken while watching multiple take out customer's walk in get their food and walk out. There were only 3 cars in line including mine when I first pulled up, multiple

    This has got to be hands-down the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to! And I’ve been to a lot of them. The manager girl is so rude. She needs to be fired as soon as possible. The food we ordered for our employees looked terrible, and there was a lot of soggy lettuce and discolored meats. One of our people felt sick so we attempted to contact the store with the manager girl kept hanging up on us after we told her what happened. I would recommend everybody stay far away from this place unless you wanna get sick “🤢
