  I put an order in using door dash. I received a sealed bag with the appropriate receipt taped to it but the entirely wrong contents in which I did not order, and paid $30 only to have it be incorrect. Called dairy Queen and they blamed door dash, although door dash doesn’t pack the bag with the incorrect contents in a sealed bag. Got the runaround from DoorDash since whoever I spoke with at DQ had zero intentions on resolving the issue. This isn’t about getting a refund, this is about receiving the actual food I paid for. A little bit of attention to detail would have made this issue vanish before it even started. Nice new building, didn’t cover up the same shit that’s always been there.

  I ordered a chili dog with mustard, onions and chili. Waited over 20 min for it, and when I got it, it had cheese on it. The chili dog and my fries were cold. My wife took it back up to the counter, and the wait goes on.

  I ordered two HEATH Caramel Brownie Cups and a six piece honey barbecue and a large fry. The ice cream was amazing! But They only gave a four piece chicken with a price of a six piece...still good quality just didn't get everything I ordered.

  So I wasn’t going to post anything here, but I decided to on the reason there is no quality anymore and no repercussions to the facility you give your hard earned money to. I purchased a large Rural New York cheese cake blizzard. This was almost $8.00 if I remember right. The first half of it was good, the second half was all vanilla ice cream, no mix at all. I am not sure why this happens all the time with food places . The employee is there to do a job and do it right. It is ice cream and it is for the costumer . It’s an easy job and you should do it right. If you don’t like your job, go someplace else. I blame this on management by not paying attention to their employees. I know this happens all the time and everyone just says all well , I have to go back and complain and deal with the fake I care speech. This is our food, and it should be right, and it should be done with quality and care. This would have never happened with the Cooper Boys. They cared about their customer and the quality. Now it’s just how fast you can get them out of the line and store. For $8.00 I can buy a gallon of ice cream and have what I paid for. Sorry to say, I will not be coming back to this store. If more people would actually care about what they are getting and not turning a blind eye and dealing with what is given to them, we would have great establishments in Marysville. No quality no care no business! This message is for all fast food establishments in Marysville. I hope you actually read this and really care about what I say. You lost one person, you could lose hundreds if you don’t fix and pay attention to their employees
