The entire bowl was bloopidated with gobs of sour cream and it tasted like cold mush. I did not enjoy this at all. There is no consistency in their food. The last time I ordered from them the bowl I had was barely filled.

To watch a manager rush his employees, causing significant mistakes to our order as they rushed not to mention jeopardizing the overall cleanliness and food safety standards really left me stunned. As I watched one worker messily wrap my husband’s burrito while leaving behind the foil and having to go back for it, I could hardly remember my own order. At the register, in front of my face, the manager looked at his employee and said “you see waiting for someone and staring at them until they tell you what they want wastes valuable seconds.” It made me feel horrible. There wasn’t even anyone behind me in line ordering! He mentioned that they had only one more minute to reach a goal of some sort. We went to McDonald’s afterwards and received better service which is upsetting.
