- JZJosh Zeman3 days ago1.0I remember the glory days of Chipotle twenty years ago. What the heck happened? I ordered food 45 minutes ahead of time, got there on time, wasn't there. It turned out it was ten minutes late, but I didn't know that right away. After 20 minutes late, they remade it. Then they found it on the shelf. How did I not notice it? My order had a drink, which the shelf didn't have and despite entering my full name into the order, the order was processed with my last name being "user". Sorry I was looking for my name, not user. The place was filthy, food scattered everywhere. The store was cramped and poorly designed. Many of the employees didn't care. If I didn't know better, I would have thought I was in a Taco Bell. The volume of my food was good, if not disproportionate to how I expected it. Too much rice and sour cream. Flavors unbalanced. And the chips were stale, probably from the box being open all day. The order that killed my interest in any location anymore.
