I stopped here Thursday April 30th at 2:00 PM in the drive thru. Be advised once you're in the drive thru- there's no turning around or getting out of line. I am greeted by an employee personally trying to take my order. I have been to Chick-fil-A all of once before so had no idea what to order or what was even available. There was a traditional menu sign much further up but I couldn't see it and could not advance in the line without giving the employee my order. There was a small promotional sign for the jalapeno ranch club so I ordered that and a regular chicken sandwich. I expected to wait and I did but not too long but it wasn't that busy either. Three times the employees asked if I was so and so, but I told them my name I had given at the start of the order so that process needs work. I was given my food and fortunately got to get out of the line into the parking lot. I opened the box and took a bite and it was totally dry and plain. I stopped and looked into the actual sandwich and it had no condiments on it at all although I ordered both sandwiches with "everything". It was dry and frankly almost flavorless. I also was not provided with napkins which is also a mistake on their part. I put the sandwich away and went through the drive through elsewhere and when I got home- I gave the chicken part to my dog. I'll never be back. If this is what all the fuss is about, I can say with all honesty that I just don't get it. Overpriced, dry, lacking flavor, and very disorganized. I feel taken advantage of. As I said, never again.

35 minutes in order line gave order 5 times The person in the microphone did not speak English well and obviously did not understand it. They sent another lady out to verify my order. The sixth time she collected my payment. When she brought me the receipt I noticed it was wrong still and I was charged for items that I didn't want. So when I asked to be corrected some will come out and ask me what I ordered for the 8th time and I said man I've been here for 35 minutes. Can I just get my money and get out of here cuz I'm going to be late for work. Horrible service and then the so-called manager look like a 16-year-old kid was rude and told me if I wasn't happy. Have a blessed day and I was welcome to leave. Never go here

Poor experience yesterday in the drive thru. The associate took my order but advised I would have to pay thorough another associate. When I moved up to the second associate she advised she couldn’t find my order. No problem. Reordered and paid with second associate. Go to food pick up location and I’m asked if I paid for my order. I advised I had. They then bring me my order. I had specifically asked for Chick-fil-A sauce and ketchup. Didn’t get that. Also didn’t get napkins or a straw for my drink. The lady in front of me had to ask for these things as well since the food delivery folks didn’t think to include them. Do better.

This was hands down the WORST Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had. And that’s saying something because they’re usually on point. Not this one. Not even close. 😑 First off — SLOW doesn’t even begin to describe it. I placed a mobile order thinking I’d be in and out… nope. Still waited forever. ⏳🚫 And when I finally got my food? COLD. Ice-cold fries. Lukewarm sandwich. Like… how?? 🤦‍♀️❄️ Then let’s talk about the layout… because WHO designed this place?? It’s absolute chaos. 🚗💥 There’s basically no way to get in or out without fighting traffic or losing your mind. Parking? Forget it. I literally had to park at Burger King and walk over like I was on some side quest just to get my food. 🏃‍♀️🍔➡️🐔 Inside felt just as bad — disorganized, crowded, stressful. Nothing about this place runs smoothly. I get that they’re new, but this wasn’t just “working out the kinks.” This was a full-on mess. 🚫🔥 I won’t be back. Not even a chance. I’ll gladly drive to the Chick-fil-A where they actually know what they’re doing. 🙌 Cold food 🥶 + long wait ⏳ + terrible setup 🚗💀 = HARD PASS ❌

I had a really disappointing experience with the Chick-fil-A in Marysville today—twice in one day, unfortunately. This morning, I placed a mobile order and pulled into the drive-thru when there was virtually no one there—just one other car. Despite how empty it was, I ended up waiting about 15 minutes for a single breakfast meal. What made it more frustrating was seeing several employees standing around chatting instead of actively working on orders. It didn’t feel like there was any sense of urgency, especially given how slow it was. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe it was just a rough start to the day. But then tonight, my boyfriend went through the mobile drive-thru and had an even worse experience. He was stuck in line for about 45 minutes, which is way longer than expected for fast food—especially with a mobile order that’s supposed to be quicker and more efficient. Overall, the service today was extremely slow and disorganized both times. It was disappointing because Chick-fil-A is usually known for being fast and efficient, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. I never write reviews but my family agreed driving to another location would more efficient.
