  The girl at the second window was incredibly rude, rolling her eyes and giving an attitude. If you cant handle talking to coustumers maybe you shouldn't be at the window.

  If I could give zero stairs I would first off the mocha frepp was not mixed up and was pretty much nothing b but ice it took them forever to even give us our food but then as we were leaving we did a drive threw order for my son thinking that would be faster. The first window gave me the wrong receipt then pulled up to the next window they didn't even have my correct order tried giving us someone else's twice then when she asked for the receipt I had to tell her they gave me the wrong one so I had to pull the receipt from my mobile order witch then she had to take my whole phone to look at it and had my phone for nearly 2 minutes then we finally got the correct order she also went out of view from my sight with my phone in hand so if anything on my card come up missing I will be pressing charges and going right back up there. This McDonald's is a joke and will never eat there again paid all together 30.00 for food that was cold or not made properly it's ridiculous

  Typical McDonald's food which I am okay with and exactly expect. That's where the good ends. Service is unprofessional and managers are useless. Generally the restaurant is over run by screaming kids with no supervision and horribly unclean dining room. My biggest complaint came today, February 25th 2026 at 6:55 p.m. Manager refused to accept my app offered promotion because I ordered two McChickens and one was discounted to a dollar. Coupon was for 20% off anything over $10. Clearly advertised Nationwide, and uncombinable with any other deal. Simple. Charge me regular price for the second McChicken. Manager is either incapable or inept. I suspect the second. Called McDonald's corporate number and spoke to a supervisor who said that this was absolutely unacceptable. I have a case number and have been assured that the manager will be spoken to. In the meantime I'm eating at a fast food restaurant right down the road instead. Good job McDonald's manager. You messed up the easiest thing in the world. Keep yelling and cussing and goofing around behind the counter like you were when I walked in. Don't know why I would expect anything less.
