  It’s always a pleasure when Matt the GM is working, I always get my food nice and hot and it’s always made correctly. His leadership skills are like no other to run such a great shift every time he works. He always greats us with a smile and is very respectful and kind! People like him are why rallies is still open!! Thanks again rallies crew keep up the good work!

  I went through Rally's today and I must say the gentleman at the window DJ was so polite. I wish every fast food place had a DJ in their store. I had stopped coming to Rally's for a long time because of the service. As long as DJ is their I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you DJ for great service

  I got food from here and it was still hot when I got home. The man working the window was so nice and didn’t rush me. Will be back again

  The general manager Matt should not be in charge nor be in customer service. He has a horrible attitude

  I am completely disgusted by the changes that Rally's has made to make more money off of the people that already work so hard for their money. When you would order a medium size gold peak tea or a medium size soda it would be 32 oz and then they're large would be a giant plastic cup and now not only does it cost you a $1.50 extra to upsize from a value drink to a medium drink it's not even 32 oz anymore. I think it's absolutely disgusting that not only are you charging more but I am no longer getting the same size, at least if I was still getting the same size for a medium sweet gold peek sweet tea then okay fine I'll pay $1.50 but it's not even the same size, now their medium size is what their small size used to be! I am done ordering from Rally's and I'm pretty sure everybody else will be too. And let's not talk about your little milkshakes that are really just a small milkshake for almost $5 now. Hopefully this move does not put checkers out of business but I have a feeling it will.
