  Ordered in the drive-thru. Waited about 5 minutes at the window. One car just pulled up behind me. The girl at the window had some of her hair hanging in her face and was talking to two other girl employees, one of whom had her fingers in her mouth and was laughing. Couldn't see who but someone handed the one at the window two small bags. I was handed one bag and told have a nice day. I said thanks, oh where is the rest of my stuff, there is only sandwiches in this bag. I was missing two items which I told her what they were. That clearly would not have fit in the bag I was handed. She said in the bag. I replied no they are not. She asked for my receipt, which took me a second to locate, as it had fallen off the bag and I handed it to her. She wanted my bag back and handed me my receipt back. I said that's ok you can just hand me my other things. And I tilted the bag sideways to show her what was clearly in it and she replied or you could just give me the bag. I said that's ok I don't mind you can just hand me my stuff and she loudly said or you could just give me your bag. (BASICALLY CALLING ME A LIER) You could clearly see only sandwich boxes, no room in the small bag for anything else. Definitely and clearly couldn't see any large fries or nuggets. I left and called corporate. So once again Marion Ohio two of your Restaurants have repeatedly charged me for food that we don't receive. Now apparently implying that I'm a lier when showing the contents of the bag.

  just ate there had to wait for food , all tables were dirty and the trash containers were running over while about 6!or 7 workers were in a huddle talking wont be back very unfriendly

  Stood in there for 29 minutes watch five people walk out not one person came to the counter to take an order. Watch the manager, wipe her nose on her hand while she’s eating while we’re all standing there waiting.

  0 stars if I could!! A family member of mine who is a teenager came in, his mom accidentally placed an order for a frappe to the wrong location. He was confused and asked for his frappe. She immediately got e and rude, started yelling at him and another male associate said he was going to clock out and threatened to fight him. All he was doing was standing at the table calling his mom bc he was confused. While he was calling her the woman was aggressively talking to him, telling him she’s not giving him a free frappe, and he told her to stop talking to him. They were then rounded up and made to leave and cops were called. It is all on video!!! Terrible way to treat a confused teenager, over a frappe.

  It's a good place for a quick bite. If you want burgers, this is a good spot. There are other better spots, but this is still a good place regardless.
