I always went to this side of town because the food service is better than across town last three times i have been in over the month it has just got bad. Today my classic single was so soaked in ketchup the bottom bun dissolved and the burger was so hard and dry. The rest was just slapped in there. I took a couple bites everything just fell out in a sloppy mess of mayo and ketchup and just threw it away. Really disappointed. This franchise I know holds a much higher standard.

As I was waiting for my food, I literally heard her call an Autistic girl named Emma a retared MFer when she walked away and came trough recently and heard her cuss out an employee for at least 3 minutes. I asked, the sweet young girl Emma when she was leaving to go into her car with tears in her eyes , who she was yelling at. Bc I'm the only person there. She said it was her , she's talking to an employee, who is autistic!! Then I heard her cuss out two teenage looking boys recently..I just started having an autistic kid working for me... I was absolutely appalled.. She is completely unprofessional needs to be fired
