  We like doing curbside, the lady that brought it out to us was very sweet yesterday and the food was great!

  Sandwich (BLT) with extra stuff. Tasted great. Bread was fresh. Very good. Experienced person was busy but respectful & training another at the same time. Obviously doing her multi-tasking job with efficiency. Marion OH Subway 11768-0, 571 Delaware Ave

  My mother who has recently been diagnosed with cancer wanted subway so we went inside to eat since we had an hour drive after getting her pet scan. It took forever for the old lady with white/ blonde hair to make 2 sandwiches for the customer in front of us... then she stared making ours and it was horrendous watching her make food as slow as she did. Oh top of that she apparently sliced her finger on the tomato slicer and did not have a bandaid on but wrapped it in a napkin and put a see through flimsy plastic glove on. EWE! My mother lost her appetite and did not eat much of her sub. As someone who is manager serve safe certified and has worked in the food industry for over 20 years.... this was unsettling and disgusting to experience. Please do better.

  I haven’t eaten at this location since early 2021. I did eat there extensively in 2020 and early 2021. I will say that the staff during that time period was VERY good. They were friendly, fast, and had my order largely memorized. I did use this subway when i worked in marion in the mid-2000’s and the service was worse and more inconsistent at that time. The things I don’t like about subway will never change: -their bread is usually not fresh OR, at a minimum, it is hard- especially the corners. IF you have ever had their bread when it is completely fresh and soft- it’s amazing. But that happens rarely- like 1 out of 20 visits. I won’t blame that on the staff though. Clearly, there is something wrong with the subway bread-making process because it’s an issue at the dozens of locations i have been to across the US in my life. -their chip selection is often too little, too inconsistent and too minimal. Yes, i know covid affected that to a degree, but this was a problem even before covid. This is an issue at most subways- not this location alone. -any company using megan rapinoe as a celebrity endorser should know better. She is a scumbag. HOWEVER, the staff working here in 2020 and early 2021 was SO GOOD- that I am giving 5 stars on my review for now. They were good enough to overcome any negative aspects of the company.
