  Order a sausage McMuffin and a frappe through the drive-thru. Of course the frappe machine is not working as usual. But I find it very odd that they can serve burnt black food so now I have to turn around and go all the way back to McDonald's because they don't know how to cook their food I'm so upset they want top dollar for their food but they won't deliver the quality. This McDonald's needs shut down and or better employees that knows all about quality.

  Is a crapshoot everytime I order. Will it be correct? Will the food be hot? Did they at least give me napkins? Thank God their fountain Coca Cola is on point!

  Stopped in and went through the drive-thru. Everything was good until we got to the window to receive our food after paying. My son's lemonade was, no lie, almost 1/8 of a small cup of pulp. They forgot our fries and had to ask for them. We ordered 3 Holiday pies. We received two pies in our initial bag. Had to ask for the fries and the third pie. The girl at the window disappeared and came back asking, "OK, what are you missing again?" My wife looked at the two pies they gave us, and 1 was an Apple in a Holiday box. We got our 3rd pie as an apple. Once we got home, we noticed our large fry was filled to the capacity of a medium and our medium fry was filled to a small. My wife ordered a chicken nugget meal and they were extremely soggy and had almost like a pasty texture. I took a drink of my Sprite and it tasted like it had cleaner in it. With all this, we went from only 2 cars ahead of us in line, to having an entire drive thru backed up behind us almost into the road due to how long we were waiting for our food. Absolutely terrible experience. Save yourself the heartache and just go to the other one by the University Drive.

  Me and my two young sons walked over from the apartments near by, in the very cold. When we arrived our food was done and delicious. The young lady at the counter helped my sons especially and we could not be happier guests. Best McDonalds in town probably the surrounding 50 miles. Thank you guys and thank you miss again very much. Thanks from IZ and Trev and Daddy.
