    At 1:04 AM, I placed an order on the App and it gave me the option to pick up my order over the counter, the door was open and the manager rudely said get out and go through drive thru. So I did just that, her and the other worker refused to serve me with the order I had placed initially. Glad to know I’m able to get my refund through the App. I wanted to be clear that I was rudely approached and dismissed. Do better how you talk to someone who simply wasn’t aware of the inside being closed when the McDonald’s App said otherwise. Get that fixed. In best regards, Steven Y. Webb

    I keep buying items specifically from the monopoly menu and continue getting food without monopoly pieces. The store now tells me that there's nothing that they can do. The monopoly pieces are the only reason that I shopped here!

    This place can’t go 1 day without messing up an order no matter if you’re the only person in line. I ordered a DIET coke and large fry and got a full sugar coke and chicken nuggets. How ?!?! Glad i’m not a diabetic. And of course they give no receipts so no way to make it right. Just go down the street to Wendy’s, they actually care enough to get orders right.
