  Completely incompetent. We consistently encounter issues with our orders, regardless of whether we dine in, use the drive-thru, or opt for delivery. These issues typically involve incorrect items, unavailable items, or missing condiments. For instance, our recent order was missing a beverage valued at $6.00, and the process for obtaining a refund through the delivery service's website is inconvenient. On a separate occasion this winter, after utilizing the drive-thru, we discovered upon departure that our sandwiches were absent, with only nuggets and fries, and no accompanying sauce included in the order. Furthermore, during another visit, after being informed that our initial sandwich selections were unavailable and subsequently ordering alternatives, only one of the four replacement sandwiches was provided. We have requested sauce at the drive-thru window, anticipating its absence from the bag, we have been handed a damaged packet, leading to an immediate need for cleanup while attempting to navigate the drive-thru efficiently. What food we do get is good, although we've had sandwiches that have been clearly and completely hand smashed. We could elaborate further on the challenges experienced over the past year, but I will conclude here to conserve time. We'll stop eating there, at least at the Marion Waldo Road McDonald's...You need to step up your game! I'm sure we are not the only family tired of paying for things we don't receive.

  Always a bad experience. The pop is always nasty and taste like chemicals. The food is never fresh. I never get fast service and I always have to pull up to the front and have to wait.

  Order a sausage McMuffin and a frappe through the drive-thru. Of course the frappe machine is not working as usual. But I find it very odd that they can serve burnt black food so now I have to turn around and go all the way back to McDonald's because they don't know how to cook their food I'm so upset they want top dollar for their food but they won't deliver the quality. This McDonald's needs shut down and or better employees that knows all about quality.
