I sat at the order window for at least 5 minutes and nobody had come on the intercom. Finally, I gave a hello into the speaker and a lady came on the intercom stating they would be with me in a moment. I sat there for another 5+ minutes and nobody ever came back to the intercom so I drove off. The whole time, a worker was sitting in the parking lot in their car with the driver door open witnessing this and did nothing. Unacceptable, poor service.
