  I would give negative stars if possible. ordered ahead on the app so that I wouldn't be late to work, avacado toast with bacon, nothing difficult. Had no bacon and seasoning when I requested without. I explained it was made incorrectly, she scoffed, rolled her eyes and yelled at me to just move forward, I said I really don't have time to wait I will be late to work she said "oh my God just pull forward it would take longer to refund you!". I pulled forward and she handed me a box as she was SMASHING IT! like smashing the middle of the box. I took the box and opened it and I took a picture, it has the tiniest bit of bacon on it. Hardly any. Let alone the avacado spread all over the box from smashing it. I order this all the time and this was by far the worst Dunkin experience I've ever had. I usually go to different locations and I will not be returning to this one!!! I stayed at the window beeped my horn a couple times and the looked at me and refused to come back to help me and I was late for work!!!! Awful service

  Forgot a whole box of donuts of a delivery how you forget the doughnut your a doughnut shop if you wanna pay for donuts and not get donuts order for dunkin

  Slowest store I’ve ever been to. Takes mins before the even acknowledge your in the drive thru. I’ve been to a Dunkin donut everyday for the last two years. Congratulations to this place for being the worst ran one. They need to go to mount vernon and train. Same store, same layout and mt Vernon is a well ran place. If u have an extra 25 mins in ur day for a coffee, then this place is for u

  My husband works in Marion quite often and we recently came with him and obviously had to get my coffee so we swang through this Dunkin daily for the 3 days we were with him. The staff is very fun loving and sweet. We were only in town a short period but every single day my coffee was good and the people were sweet. 10/10 experience!

  Last few times I've been here I got bagels and breakfast sandwiches. The breakfast sandwiches were barely even cooked/ warm, the bagel is got was as hard as a rock, and there was a hair in my cream cheese. Do not recommend.
