- MBMonica BroadstoneNov 6, 20251.0My daughter and I went through the drive thru 11/4. The employee on the speaker said "Ill take your order in just a minute." We were the only car there. We waited several minutes and could see an employee that we normally see there, walking around on the phone. He finally came out the door and said " We're closed, nothing for you, he shut us down" while waving his arms. Im not sure what all that was about, but it was unsettling. It was only 7:28pm. This employee is usually professional. We dont go there often, because we arent local. However, we've always had good service and food prior to this.

Pulled up to the window to order and after looking at the menu, go to order my Philly cheesesteak sandwich. They were out of steak. Defeated, because I just stared at the menu for 5 minutes without being told that first, just got the lil bites. Make sense the cashier was so blunt and looked bored. I high doubt anyone came by today. Had to pull to the side to wait for my bites. Here's to hoping they are being freshly made 🙏. Its been long enough now I up and decided to write this down. Go anywhere else and save yourself the 15 bucks.

Not only were they out of multiple products, but when my wife was eating her cheese fries, she found multiple chunks of acrylic in her fries. Absolutely unacceptable for a restaurant.
- JBJoshua BakerOct 11, 20252.0This review is for the owner. I watched 6 cars go out of line because the food took so long. The staff is nice and fine, but there’s 1-2 people working here maximum. Pay more money for employees and you’ll see an immediate return in business. I watched you lose 100s of dollars during my 25 minute wait through the drive through with one car in front of me. ..or it’s maybe bad management. Not sure what the bottleneck is. The staff did forget the fries and the drinks.
