- HMHistory Man2 days ago3.0Just a small correction: the "AU JUS" that you serve is NOT pronounced like "awww zhoo"! It's correctly pronounced like "oh zhoo" as in "Oh" in "Ohio"! It's a French phrase & I'm a French professor. It drives me nuts every time your workers pronounce it "awww"!
