  The food is always good but the main seller the COFFE and DRINKS are always messed up and or not even what you ordered for a place the runs on coffee they sure don't know how to make it correctly.

  Cashier just dropped half my change in the drive through ground, after I waited over 7 minutes in line for 1 cup of medium coffee. Everytime this chic is at the register the lines move like molasses. I gave her $2.80. Mostly quarters, a few dumes and like 10 pennies. It took her about 2 minutes and the assistance of another staff memeber to count it and the she tried to charge me another $1.20 for what she dropped. I love Dunkins coffee so although slow as hell speed of service is an ongoing issue here, I return.... Daily, sometomes twice a day. After today Im just going to start going to Tim's or 7 Brew.

  I would give negative stars if possible. ordered ahead on the app so that I wouldn't be late to work, avacado toast with bacon, nothing difficult. Had no bacon and seasoning when I requested without. I explained it was made incorrectly, she scoffed, rolled her eyes and yelled at me to just move forward, I said I really don't have time to wait I will be late to work she said "oh my God just pull forward it would take longer to refund you!". I pulled forward and she handed me a box as she was SMASHING IT! like smashing the middle of the box. I took the box and opened it and I took a picture, it has the tiniest bit of bacon on it. Hardly any. Let alone the avacado spread all over the box from smashing it. I order this all the time and this was by far the worst Dunkin experience I've ever had. I usually go to different locations and I will not be returning to this one!!! I stayed at the window beeped my horn a couple times and the looked at me and refused to come back to help me and I was late for work!!!! Awful service
