  Visited this location once 6 months ago and the service was horrible. We called ahead of time and was told there is no reservations allowed. By the time we our whole party there it was a 45 min wait, after we were already there for 15 mins without even being acknowledged. Our food didn’t come out together and we had to send some back because it was cold. Even then, we gave them the benefit of the doubt since they were clearly short staffed. We decided to give this location a second chance today. When we walked in we were the only ones waiting. Again, we waited at least 15 mins before even being acknowledged. By the time the host came over there were now 20+ people and our party of 5 waiting. A party of 12 walked right in trying to seat themselves. When they noticed a table wasn’t open, and the server told them they would need to wait, they went to the host and she told them to give her 5 mins and she would seat them. I told the host we had been there before anyone (at least 20 mins before) and she explained they already called in and suggested our party sit at the bar (our party was 2 adults and 3 toddlers) or wait another 35-45 mins since she was going to use the open tables and booths for the party that just walked in. I realize this is a long review but needless to say, save yourself the time and money and go to literally any other location.

  I called to get carry out.I was told I had to order thought the app.IHAD DOWN LOADED on my phone...I ordered it.Then found out the only way I could pay was if I downloaded The PAZE app on MY PHONE.They wouldn't let me pay for it when I got there...Using my debit card.

  If you have less than a 30 min wait, you're lucky. Blonde manager will start an argument with you just to get you to leave after lying and saying she's the only manager on site. The other manager came out, and explained again what was going on, and even he said there's nobody else you can talk to that you have to take it to corporate. Don't waste your time at this place.

  (This was my sisters special dinner btw) we went in, we waited for 10 minutes. My dad asked someone “hey can we get some service??!” And then she said “oh yeah I’ll get someone over there in a sec” and another 10 minutes passed. A guy came by and grabbed a chair from another table and sat down and said “hello hello can I get your drink order?” And my dad said sarcastically “takin a break?” And then he complained about running around in a circle for 5 hours but that was his job so he shouldn’t be complaining. He then came back 5 minutes later and gave us our drinks and he asked for our order and we said give us a sec and then he came back 15 minutes later when we were ready like 10 minutes ago. My little sister asked for bone in wings, my mom asked for cauliflower wings or smth, I asked for a cheeseburger and fries, my dad asked for a bacon cheeseburger. My little sister got boneless wings that didn’t have any flavor and a weird texture. My mom got califlower wings but she got hers 15 minutes before we got anything. My dad got what he wanted. But he said he didn’t like it. I got what I wanted. But I didn’t like it. My fries were cold and squishy, and they lazily threw pepper in the middle and didn’t even try to spread it equally. My burger was very very very very very salty and I didn’t like it. He came with the bill when we were done. Went away for like 15 minutes, came back and we payed and left. And when we were eating, there was random commotion and fights in the kitchen and some random guy yelled at the top of his lungs. Terrible food. Terrible speed. Terrible service. We are never stepping foot into there again. I do not recommend you go there.
