  It pains me to leave a negative review anywhere, but after about the TENTH night of wanting a little sweet treat and getting it made wrong… I feel like i’m going crazy LOL. I’m not sure if i’m crazier for giving so many chances, or they’re crazier for messing up a FROSTY 😭

  This Wendy’s has been running a bait-and-switch routine for years. You order a single—they quietly turn it into a double. No warning. No confirmation. Just a higher total and the hope you won’t notice. They finally stopped doing it at the speaker once people caught on. But they didn’t stop—they just got sneakier. Now the order shows up correctly on the drive-thru screen. Looks fine. Then you pull up to the window, and suddenly the price is higher. I asked her to repeat the order: “Two singles, medium, with a Coke.” That’s when I knew exactly what was happening. This isn’t a mistake. It’s a pattern. And it’s shady. This location already looks like it’s on life support. No lines. No traffic. Even Taco Bell is packed while this place sits empty—and now I understand why. And let’s not forget their other little trick: slapping cheese on burgers you didn’t ask for just to bump the price again. I’m done. Permanently. I have options—and Wendy’s just removed itself from the list.

  The Manager Amy was very unprofessional and needs a new job. Our food was wrong and she told us she'd refund it but instead got mad and argued with us which isnt very professional. She was rude and childish. Then would not refund our food, which was wrong and cold and soggy. I would beware and cooperate needs to intervene!!! Beware if they mess up your food they blame you instead of making it right!! I will never go back to the store as this is the second time this week they messed up our food but today AMY wanted to run her mouth back to us for their mistakes!!

  Food is always hot and doesn't take long to get after ordering. Staff was friendly
