- AKAyesha KhanNov 12, 20254.0I recently visited the Panera Bread on Main Street, and unfortunately, the experience was not to pleasant. Despite the restaurant not being overly busy, It took nearly 20 minutes to receive my order, but the cashier, I believed her name was Olivia, seemed very sweet and open to help me figure out what I wanted because I wanted to try something new! she was good at keeping conversation as I waited on my food. Although, while waiting a girl who handed food to another customer seemed very annoyed and rude, I believe her name was Holly. 4 stars because coming from a person that works in a restaurant myself, it’s not that hard to be nicer to customers. This not only ruined my experience, but the other customers as well.
