Me and several others wasted 10+ minutes waiting to give our order. There’s also no signs about them being closed. The doors were just locked.

It took them 45 minutes to prepare my food I tried to ask for a refund halfway through she ignored me when I rolled my window down, trying to talk to her. She then rolled down her window when she was ready to give me the food. I was late to my appointment and I was refused a refund. The food is so disgusting. I cannot explain it to you. It taste like cat food. The one around the corner is good. The one on Northfield always gets my food right.

I've waited in the drive-thru for over an hour and seen employees walk out, leaving the store empty. There was even a turf war between Taco Bell and the Popeyes next door. I do not blame the employee's. I have seen 4 or 5 generations of workers on this location by now. The turn over is insane. There is no way that every employee that works here is this bad. It MUST be management. If they even have any.
