  Rallys please rethink your training program. I had an experience at this restaurant this afternoon that I still cannot believe. I ordered my food, and then I drove up to the pay window. At first the young gentleman working there was pleasant. He said hello and asked me how I was. Then he said and I quote "are you familiar with HPV?" WHAT?!?! 😯 I said no. He rudely shook his head and replied "never mind" Even if this was a joke, working in the food service industry, his comment was highly inappropriate I've been enjoying fast food for years and nothing even remotely close to this has ever happened. Needless to say his comment ruined my appetite. And quite frankly made me afraid to enjoy my food for fear that he might have tampered with it. Rally's you need to do better! There is a difference between being friendly and engaging with your customers and just being wildly inappropriate and quite frankly disgusting.

  We ordered delivery from here and instead of giving us a glo’s bbq jacked burger with pepper jack cheese like we ordered they gave us an entirely different burger with American cheese smh.Whoever was in charge of that last night needs to be replaced because workers aren’t supposed to be incompetent or lazy.They always need to do the amazing job that they are paid to do

  This little boy at the window that usually works there I guess every five days of the week he’s so nice. I know he has his rough days but as a customer that comes there every day, he’s always polite you know being respectful, even if he did mistake he goes. Make sure that an order shanks he always make sure that he is tries to go above and beyond as I can see I really enjoyed that young man working there. He is such an expiration and funny person too. Every time I come there he’s always funny. I hope y’all really do keep him even know if it takes a lot of work behind the scenes, but he’s a funny worker to be at drive-through. But he is a funny Person to be on the drive-through and I love that he is able to interact with people and make People’s day. I thank you so much to this location for hiring this person.

  The young lady was amazing she was the only worker there. Was very polite my order was correct she apologize for the long wait even gave me a apple pie for the long wait. Ralleys pay that young lady more I say give her a raise.

  My wife went through the drive thru between 8:30 and 9 PM on Saturday to get some food and when she got to the window the worker just handed her the food and walked away without asking her if she wanted ketchup or anything.The workers are always supposed to ask the customers if they want ketchup or anything else like that.Very rude and disrespectful and very unprofessional.The workers here need to do better
