As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

My daughter ordered Smoked BBQ bacon, there was a half slice of bacon on her sandwich. Is there a bacon shortage that I didn't hear about? At least she got a small piece of bacon but the BACONZILLA with zero bacon??? I'm very confused & disappointed 😞 my son was super sad as he really wanted bacon on the burger, hence why he ordered a sandwich with bacon in the name!!!

Gave me a bacon ranch fries inside of chilli cheese fries. A plain burger instead of double cheese burger. The employees needs to take the time and quit rushing all the time cause they keep getting orders wrong than catching attitudes when told about it.

Don't know what's going on but just placed a two item order and was complimenting and wowed because they have an AI taking the orders at the drive thru. Yet when we pulled forward the car before us was just sitting at the window. After waiting for more than 10 minutes and not even the car in front was approached by an employee at the window we pulled off without our order. You would think that by having the computer taking orders , it would speed up their process yet I don't believe that to be the case as it seems like the more tasks that are removed from their workload .... The slower they become. And I tried to give them zero stars but it wouldn't allow
