- JJJDNov 2, 20251.0Never got my food after waiting for over 30 minutes in the drive through. Placed the order, paid, and then sat at drive through serving window for a half hour. I had to go inside and ask for a refund. There were no substitutions, no changes to the food, just two regular sandwiches and two hash browns ordered 30 minutes before they stopped serving breakfast. Multiple other customers were having similar issues. I understand being busy and getting behind, but this was really bad for a “fast” food place. Note the times between the two receipts in included pictures.
