I’ve never seen staff members move so much, yet accomplish so little. If you come at the right time, you’ll watch your food die on a shelf for 30 minutes while everyone inexplicably ignores you.

Service was horrible. Only one person was on the line. There was two teenage workers that sat in the “cut” near the drink machine smoking a vape. Disgusting get some new workers if yall ever look at yall reviews.

Absolutely horrible experience. They got my drivers order completely wrong that I paid $16 dollars for! They didn’t even put any meat on it at all. And then my families orders were all dry and cold. What’s sad is this location already has such terrible reviews from hundreds of other people. This place should just close at this point. The owner should be ashamed with being okay giving such horrible service. AVOID THIS PLACE AND LETS ALL HOPEFULLY SHUT THEM DOWN.

This was by far the most unprofessional and poorly managed Chipotle I’ve ever visited. From start to finish, the experience was unacceptable and far below the standards this brand claims to uphold.
It took over 20 minutes to order and pay for two bowls, despite there being only a few customers ahead of me. The line had one overwhelmed employee trying to manage everything alone, while other staff members stood in the back on their phones, laughing, cursing, and openly carrying on personal conversations within earshot of customers.
The kitchen looked disorganized and unsanitary — nowhere near what should be expected from a national restaurant chain. The only employee actually working on the line was doing his best but was completely unsupported. Meanwhile, the cashier continued chatting and swearing with another employee sitting nearby, showing zero sense of professionalism or urgency. It even took him multiple attempts to log in and process the transaction because he was distracted.
The customer in front of me nearly walked out, and I should have done the same. This kind of environment not only damages Chipotle’s reputation but also raises serious concerns about management oversight and food safety. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly recommend a full review of the staff and operations here. Customers deserve to be treated with respect — not ignored by employees who clearly have no regard for their job or the brand they represent.
