  Just to balance other poor reviews—we tried a mobile app order about 20 minutes ahead of our anticipated arrival and it worked perfectly; order was “up” as we were approaching the counter. I had pumped up the kids to try to spend less than 10 minutes total at the plaza and these Wendy’s employees and the universe conspired to help my dreams be realized. Order included six meals with lots of customization on the sandwiches, and they were literally 100% accurate on the order. I could see having a poor walk up experience, but felt moved to make some nice comments here based on our mobile app experience.

  Ashley was very rude for no reason. I don’t understand why people get in the customer service business to be rude. I asked her if I was charged for a combo because I didn’t receive my drink And her response was I don’t know then I proceeded to ask her for my receipt and she said that she didn’t know where it was. She didn’t have it then I asked her can she Could I print my receipt and then she looked around and grabbed my original receipt that was on the counter with the other receipts and I was charged for a combo she never apologize. She was just very rude and then told me to have a nice day in a smart sarcastic way she needs to have some retraining.

  I have been buying the apple pecan salad last 6years and this is the first location to get a small size. Even my 3 year old won’t be satisfied with such quantity. It’s the only thing I buy wt Wendy’s and I think am done,what a waste of $9

  Trista is a great employee here. I asked for fresh chicken and she instead made all of my order fresh and right out of the fryer. Very good experience. I'll remember this Wendy's on my travels
