I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich from the kiosk. They called my number along with "spicy chicken sandwich ".
Got to the truck and took a bite...... it was a burger. I've had them put stuff on that I have asked to left off, but not even the right damn sandwich! And the chicken sandwich cost more! I'm sure if I would have gone back in they would have made it right but too damn far from the truck lot and I was hungry dammit!

I ordered a single from the kiosk. I have a food allergy to raw tomatoes. So I watched the kid making it and he added the tomatoes even though I put on my order no tomatoes. I told him since he put that on he has to make a new one and just not take it off. So the girl whom I assume is the manager told him to go change his gloves. He refused to. She had tell him 5 times before looking over at me . Then he went. So he leaves and she leaves and they both go to the back out of site. The kid comes back and starts making my sandwich again. Now she's looking at the order on the screen. She yelled and argued with me that there is ketchup on it. I had to explain that I can't have raw tomatoes but that ketchup is cooked and processed, doesn't have seeds and lacks what im allergic to. As im explaining she throws my bag at me and tells me to have a nice day. And couldn't even look at me. She had her head down hidding under her hat. First off, why do I have to explain myself to her? Secondly the kid that was at the sandwich station had no desire at all to want to be there. He didn't even care if he had clean gloves on or not. This gal was short and heavy set, ponytail under a Wendy's hat and no name on her shirt. I assume she was the manager because of the way she was carrying on. She should not be a manager/ supervisor AT ALL they need training on cross contamination and food handling. Raw tomatoes put me into anaphylaxis. Also the kiosk does not print receipts nor did she give me one. This place just needs closed down if they don't know how to operate. I should have seen all the bad reviews before going to order.
