When it came time to pay I thought that my second sub would have been free I bought 2 but had already bought 2 a few weeks ago the sign says GET 4th SUB FREE not but 4 subs get the 5th free. I told the employee that I didn’t understand and was told the last time I came in that my 4th sub would be free they wanted to be nasty with me and not explain to me WHAT THE SIGN SAYS I did give the food back and I did use a few choice words because one of the employees raised her voice at me with an attitude saying “WE UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT”!! Unacceptable behavior in my eyes. When I went to a different subway and was just talking to the employee her manager walked in and the employee went to tell her what happened the manager cut the employee off and said I already know I was on the phone the whole time. Okay so you as a general manager I assume thought it was okay for me to be treated that way and still didn’t explain to me why I didn’t GET MY 4th SUB FREE? As far as I’m concerned it’s false advertising! BEWARE
