  I usely don't leave reviews on stuff. This place deserves 5 stars im a doordasher and I was there earlier this morning getting a older for a customer and the workers offered me a drink and breakfast sandwich something they never had to do but they did it out of the kindness of there hearts because the order that was being made had a 20min wait on it and thank you to all the workers there you all are amazing and if any other restaurants reading my review should take notes because even tho they did not have to offer me any of that it for sure made my day thank you again panera bread workers

  I've been coming here on and off for probably the last 3 months or so sometimes. It's a very pleasant surprise and a good experience. Other times it's a complete failure. Today it was a complete failure. I'm about to stop coming here. The baking double tee that you're paying $7 plus dollars for after tax has four strips of microwave, bacon, instant eggs, and cheese... I could probably sell these with the same ingredients and sell them for $5 and still make a profit. Sorry Panera, you're not what you used to be.

  I ordered the new spicy steak sandwich stack. I didn't check my order. When I got home this is what my food looked like. I went back the next day talked to the manager. They couldn't remake it because they didn't have the bread. So I went back the next day she seemed surprised that I came back. I still couldn't get the sandwich that I ordered because they didn't have anymore sauce. I had to get a different one.

  Wow. Just wow. Poor service. I ordered soup and Mac and cheese. And the new cheese twists in the drive thru. I sat there for 20 minutes. The cashier was quick to take my money but must have forgot I was there. I knocked on the window to remind her I was there. I dont think she was sober. Then they somehow lost the twists between their shelf and the window. And made it seem like it was my fault or I was attempting to steal them. Im glad I had a receipt because I had to show it multiple times. I did demand a refund on my twists and the manager attempted to take the food back. No, just a refund on the food I did not get. Poor leadership as well. I did feel bad for the people behind me but I am gonna get what I paid for or im gonna get my money back. They need to hire a new team. Because seriously worst service ever.
