  Service is usually pretty mid along with the food, but the food and service at this location often is either mid or less than.

  Asked for my hot sauce for my burrito this morning around 10:20am. The older lady at the window got a big attitude. She said you didn’t ask for it. I said I most certainly did ask for it. Then she got exceptionally upset because I wanted my sauce for my disgusting burritos. Words were exchanged with her trying to literally come through the window at me. What she doesn’t understand is that would’ve been her last time doing that. Get your old disgruntled workers together hanley road. How rude to treat paying customers like trash. 3/30/26

  We were asked to pull around and wait since they were waiting for a couple items in our order. We waited 20 minutes and still nothing. We went inside and they gave us the bag, and we went on our way. The food was cold, and we were given an incorrect item from a mobile order. Luke offered to remake it for us, if we were able to come back. We came back, waited another 20 minutes, and the items were still made incorrectly and the wrong size. It's clear that they are training new employees, but, while the crew is struggling, the owners are nowhere to be found (they're probably watching basketball and playing cards)

  The service was absolutely awful. Went through the drive thru 3/27/26, just before 6. Ordered a filet meal and extra small fry, paid at 5:59. At the next window asked if ordered filet no tater sauce. Replied we had not. Told waiting on filets, pull around. Waited 10 minutes, wrong order brought to car (filet no tartar). Confirmed not our order. Told they were probably working on it. 10 more minutes, different employee brought out same old bag, still wrong order. Said we would take it, they would bring small fry out. 5 more minutes, no fries, took bag of cold old food in to get refund. Manager clearly has given several refunds or that night, rolling eyes. Took our money went to arby's, got hit fresh correct did in less than 5 minutes. Avoid this location at all costs.

  I am uncertain as to why these employees guard the sauces with their lives, but dont count on getting sauces for nuggets, and prepare to be scolded a little for even having the audacity to ask. The location is good though.👍
