When I called to let them know my grandmother couldn't even eat the food it was so hard, I was told " well, how long did you wait to eat them" & then was told " I just went back & felt them, & they were fine." It was honestly the worst customer services I've ever recieved. I couldn't go back cause I didn't have time, but I definitely will be calling corporate in regards to this place. -10/10 NEGATIVE 10.

I have not met a kid be that respectful that little guy is going somewhere. I never ever stop at Wendy’s because I’ve had such bad service at this establishment and that boy he just made me have more faith for this place.
