  To-go order just completely messed up. Just read the order. Slow down. Nobody wants to pay for their order to be wrong.

  To whom it may concern my wife and I visited possum run Location multiple times in the last several months this location continues to have online order only signs posted on the front door. I’ve seen multiple cars turning around and leaving over and over while my wife was asking for assistance to place an order online. The general manager stated that it’s not his responsibility as you can see we only have 4 people working here and we can go somewhere else. We don’t have to eat there. I would highly recommend you find a new general manager at this location there’s a reason that store can’t keep Help and you’re losing thousands of dollars every day. I’d recommend hiring a general manager that is in customer service not running customers off also that has a good attitude and knows how to respect other employees and teach them to be customer service representative for chipotle. This manger dose not want to work or manage people For this reason, I will no longer be going to chipotle on 13 until you find new management someone that can hire people train people build and develop people and knows how to talk to customers. If this was my business,I would be standing at the door placing the online orders for them with a smile and making sure every customer got what they came for we seen one customer come in and pick up their online order while we was leaving and we seen at least 10 cars. If not more pull in look at the sign turn around and leave. This is a very busy location. It looks like a ghost town and your general manager don’t need three people there with him because they’re barely doing anything. Thanks. Hope you save this location from going bankrupt.

  I think I just got food poisoning - not sure how or what ingredient did it but me and my whole group of friends that just ate here all feel sick. Not happy about this

  Got food poisoning, we all 4 had about the same meal from our delivery order and we all got sick. Not worth the risk.

  if you are expecting to get your food in a reasonable amount of time with a reasonable amount of hassle AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Every time I have come to this location there has been some kind of major problem. Either the meat is already sold out at like 2pm or they're out of chips at noon or they've switched to online only ordering for almost no reason, all of which is forgivable because it's out of their control. What ISN'T out of their control however is when I open up the app, order a bowl, select extra on ALL the ingredients, and pay $28 for my bowl and they give me less than if I had been in the store and NOT asked for extra. What is even the point of having an extra option on the app if selecting it means nothing and I still get less than if I had just not even hit extra at all?? Waste of $28 when I could have gotten like 3x the food at the mcdonalds next door for 1/3rd the price. STAY. AWAY.
