  I’m writing about my experience at this location on April 10th around 11:30 PM while picking up a DoorDash order. There were no other customers, and since my boyfriend and I were unsure of the process at this location, we pulled up to the second window to ask about the order. We were immediately met by a woman who later identified herself as the General Manager (white woman with dreadlocks). She spoke to us in a very rude and dismissive tone, saying, “pull to the speaker, I don’t know why y’all think y’all can just pull to the window.” We calmly explained that we had never been to this location and asked to be spoken to respectfully. Instead of resolving the situation, she slammed the window shut and refused to give us the order. A male manager then came to the window, dismissed our concerns, and told us to leave or they would call the police. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable, especially from management. We remained respectful throughout the interaction, but the situation escalated due to continued disrespect toward my partner. We were told both individuals were managers, including the General Manager, which makes the situation even more concerning. We simply expected basic respect and professionalism. No customer or delivery driver should be treated this way. I filed a complaint and have been looking to get in contact with the District Manager regarding this situation because the disrespect was unacceptable.

  Just went through drive thru, asked for butter and sour cream with my baked potatoes got none, was huffed at for asking for a drink carrier for 4 drinks, one guys just dancing around while the lady is rude. Not sure why we keep coming to this location

  Drive thru. Waited forever. After we paid we had to wait 20 minutes for a burger and fries. They still forgot the drink. The staff seemed like they hated life.

  Found hair in my burger! All of the food was cold to the touch! Had to pay extra for sauces only to not receive them! Worst of all no chocolate frosty!!!
