  Every time I go the staff is friendly and food is cooked well! I typically go through the drive thru for a weekday lunch. They have a good staff for their week day lunch drive thru, always nice and get good food!

  Ordered about $40 worth of food in the Drive Through...picked up food and drive off...stopped about 1/2 mile away to double check my purchases. Sure enough my order was not complete; had to turn around and go back for two of the sandwiches. No apology. I tried the Big Arch Sandwich...not my favorite..once is enough..messy as well. There is plenty of beef but it has no flavor/ greasy??

  So situation is some kind of filming is being done and it looks like they aren't even helping people at the counter and more focused of the fiming going on I wait 30mins at the font counter without being acknowledged.... What a waste of time, Waste of my lunch.... What happened to customer service....

  Went through the drive thru & the guy who took our order told us cooking strawberry pies was too much work for them. So we took them off because he made us feel like they would do something to it.

  I visited this location with my children and had a very concerning experience. I witnessed an employee engage in unsanitary behavior and then continue serving food without washing their hands. I reported it to the manager, but my concern was dismissed because I did not have proof, and my request for a refund was also denied. I left very disappointed with how the situation was handled
