Employees have no clue how complete an order, the quality of the food is trash, and you don't even get the products that are supposed to be on their burgers, then when you let them know they play victim just bad management and lack of component employees

It would help if their employees had any clue what their food is supposed to be, or even, like, food in general. Ordered a bacon cheese baked potato, and apparently their staff has never seen bacon added to a baked potato before and instead of crumbles/chopped bacon added… whole slices of bacon. Pic from their website for what it is supposed to be v. what they served. They also provide “napkins” which were clearly stolen from a rest area off the interstate and would be great for writing letters to a loved one. Fries came half-filled. The frosty was the only thing done well.
