40 minutes to get 3 pretzels, grilled cheese and a drink is insane. Drove out of my way on a 1500 mile trip back home because 6 year old grandson only eats like 5 things and he wanted pretzels. Never again at this location

Whoever the girl was wearing the purple hoodie should be fired. She took our order at the window (instead of the speaker) after doing so instead of getting our drinks she went talked to her friends.
The poor manager had to do everything while giving us cold food cheese on our sandwiches (which was probably the girl version of Barney's fault) and tater tots were cold. Then after the manager gave us our food she asked if we got our drinks I said no. She kindly got us our drinks.
I feel bad for the manager that was working tonight because the teenagers that were scheduled with her was doing nothing besides talking. It's hard to find good help these days and even harder to find teenagers that will actually work.

Ordered two hot dogs with only mustard and diced onion. Service slow with only one vehicle in front of me. Took one bite of a hot dog. Rancid taste and funky smell. Looked at both and they looked discolored and disgusting. Buns were dry and stale. Was on lunch break, no time to take them back. Will not be back. Sick that evening and the following morning.

Disappointed. Stalls don't work as they should, employees aren't efficient nor do they attend the stalls and take orders in a timely manner. The mobile app is poorly designed as well. Sonic needs to catch up with this century and fix their technology. They need better employees who can take orders and respond to orders efficiently.
