The woman working it has zero urgency. Example. Tonight we pulled in and had three cars ahead of us. My wife changed her mind about getting skyline and wanted to get Hi Sushi instead (located at the opposite end of a shared parking lot). She called and placed the order, got out of the car and walked there, picked up the order and walked back to me as I was still waiting in line. Embarrassing. 4/5 stars, everything is great but you may as well close the drive thru until new help is found.
