    Went here one night and our server only came to our table to take our order, give our drinks, and give our check. Did not offer refills, did not come to check on us at all. But acknowledged every table around us and checked on them. Kitchen staff were talking and standing around. Our food took 25-30 minutes to come to our table and it wasn’t busy. They didn’t even prepare the order right, put tomatoes on a hoagie when specifically asked for no tomatoes or onions. Chicken hoagie was mostly brewed and fries were mostly burnt looking. Could not get anyone’s attention to send any of it back to remake. Do not go here.

    I love LaRosas, but I just had the worst experience tonight, called in an order, they said 15 minutes. Went to the drive thru 20 minutes later, they took my money. Made me wait in the parking lot another 15 min. I drove back to the drive thru, come to find out they lost my order.... for some reason took my money but didnt say anything about it. Drive thru employee was rude, manager came out. Drive thru rude employee needs to be fired!!!!! Thank goodness the manager was somewhat nice.
