  I dont know who does the hiring and firing ..but you have a couple of people at the self checkouts..Im sitting out in the parking lot cause this older woman (white Grey hair and glasses) see me going to check out..I had 5 packs of chicken SO each on scanned and did their beep on the scanner..and this Creature(woman comes up and just goes into my back and starts throwing things in my cart..and then yells...YELLS You only have 4 rang up..Im deaf now..so she walks away and I scan the 5th one..it goes beep on the scanner..and this woman comes back and this time tears my bag..I said "Hey what are you doing??it beeped and everything on the scanner..and I looked and it was on there. But the woman presses a button and that last one dissapeared..and then loudly NO YOU ONLY HAVE 4..I said yeah now after you pressed it..So I scanned it again..and the 5th one was on there again..and she continues with her mood. "SEE NOW YOU CAN WRING UP SIR..I SAID I DID BEFORE AND IT BEEPED..IT DOESNT MATTER YOU ONLY HAD FOUR AND THROW MY BAG IN MY CART MAKING ME GET ANOTHER BAG.. she was by the 3rd lane from the door between that lane and the conveyor belt lane...and so I go to leave and I hear her talking to the Indi lady for 1 and 2 and I heard her say..yeah he was trying to steal one...then she saw me right there and says Ohhhh (cause she'd been caught blaming me...) then complete reversal.. I dont know who that lady is but she needs a talking to...and written up..I could get her for harrasment..HORRIBLE EXPERANCE.. And Also 2 times I was in in the last two weeks I was in the self checkout lane and this older ORIENTAL woman who has been there forever..with no reason stops and goes through my bags ..emptys them then without rebagging my things..just say.."ok you good" BOTH TIMES..I DONT CARE HOW LONG SHES BEEN THERE YOU CANT TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THAT..HORIIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

  For Pharmacy: The hospital sent the medicine I needed here, I came yesterday, they said it would be ready tomorrow morning, I came this morning, they said it would be ready in 20 minutes, if I come in 30 minutes, they said it wouldn't be ready, they said it would be ready in 30 minutes, they have no responsibility at all. They don't give the medicine to the patient on time.

  New store no baggers at 9am for a $300 grocery load. Nothing changed from the older location m same issues. I refuse to bag my own groceries

  I walked around the store, looking like an idiot, trying to find chocolate chip cookie dough, Usually every Kroger has a cookie dough section and this one did not. I tried Looking for an employee for help and there were none around, so I just walked out and left.
