- MDMac DadanDec 19, 20251.0I don’t understand why this location is so much worse than the other Dunkin’s we go to. There’s a huge difference between this location and the one on 22-3 by Meijer near Fields Ertel. The Maineville location is constantly messing up our orders, or undercooking the potato crisp, and the drinks are very inconsistent in regards to how they are made. And the bagels here are very chewy and they over cook them in the toaster when we get the $6 meal deal, while the 22&3 locations bagels are soft and pillowy, the potato crisp are crisp and cooked properly, and the drinks are almost always consistent. Today, for example, we ordered two $6 meal deals, both with everything bagels on the sandwiches. We received one plain bagel and one everything bagel sandwich, and the everything bagel one was so overcooked and chewy we end up throwing it out. The potato crisp were practically mush and the drinks we ordered very bitter, even though we order them the same way every time. This location just seems to continuously be going down hill.
