  Absolutely the worst McDonald’s in the area!! 2 days ago ordered breakfast. Biscuits so hard the dog didn’t want to eat them. Tried again tonight. Ordered through door dash and waited 40 min. Wife contacted door dash and they called the McDonald’s. Apparently they have “no order” under that name. Even the door dash company explained they could see the order (as well as us). I wish they gave the option to order at the other McDonald’s in Madison. STAY AWAY. We have a family of 6 and it’s expensive. Not any more. We will take our business elsewhere. It seems like the franchisee owner doesn’t care EVER. Been this way for years. Food always cold and not properly made and missing items. McDonalds corporation needs to look into this location. You’ve been warned.

  I want though the drive through April 1st and asked for the $5 meal. Got to the window and they told me $6.09 . This is absolutely crazy. I told them it's not a $5 meal and they are lieing to customers. This is a joke .Im done eating McDonald's

  My daughter and I order from the app every other Monday when she takes me to my doctors appointment. In over a year of ordering we have never had a mistake. The staff is always very friendly.

  This is probably one of the worst McDonald’s in the area. Constantly messing up orders, cold fries, no sauce in bag, rude employees. On my last visit I declined to pull to the side to wait for my order, explaining to them that the last 3 visits my order was incorrect. I was told to park or they would refund me. I think that’s a pretty shitty policy if you expect to be considered a fast food “restaurant”.

  When you make an order and they mess it up, you either get a refund or get the food remade....well my husband and I were passing through the area, and grabbed a $2 breakfast sandwich... We pull off n get back on the highway. My husband took one bite and there was onions on it...he's allergic to onions and so we called the store to get a refund- ya know since we're already 10 min away on the highway. They don't like to give refunds when you do mobile orders and so the manager my husband spoke with said he would be "put in the book" and could come in to get his sandwich, just had to give his name...he told her that we don't come thru often, and she said that wasnt an issue. Now today 3/14/26 we happen to be coming thru Madison and decided to grab his sandwich. It took him 10 minutes of arguing with an employee about getting his refunded food. She claimed he only had 2 weeks to get it... She then decided to try an embarrass him because it was " all this for a $2 sandwich?" Like yea, that's MY money and since y'all don't wanna give me my money back, you're going to give me the food instead. Y'all need to do better at this McDonald's... actually nah, ALL the McDonald's need to do better....cuz y'all suck.
